8 TIPS FOR YOUR BEST BEAUTY SLEEP

BEAUTY SLEEP
Sleep is a treasured thing around each of our homes these days, with two little kids each, and running our private practice!
ADEQUATE SLEEP, however, is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for OVERALL HEALTH, for ANTI-AGING, and for HEALTHY SKIN and HEALTHY HAIR.
Aim for at minimum 8 HOURS QUALITY SLEEP per night.
8 TIPS FOR A GREAT BEAUTY SLEEP:

》 Sleep on your back
》 Avoid +salty foods and alcohol right around bedtime
》 Avoid screentime before bed (shut it off an hour before)
》 Tie your hair back gently (and with a soft hair tie)
》 Use a silky or satin pillowcase
》 Change your pillowcase often
》 Moisturize+Moisturize+Moisturize
》 Stay well hydrated throughout the day
