4 KEY FACTORS TO KETO PLAN WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS

And now you're wondering just HOW FAST you are going to see weight loss results. 

WE HAVE LISTED 4 KEY FACTORS THAT PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT LOSS RATE WHILE ON A KETO NUTRITION WEIGHT LOSS PLAN...

1) Your current overall health and health situation determines just HOW FAST you will lose weight. (Are you presently within a healthy body weight range or are you overweight? Is your metabolism fast or slow? Do you have thyroid problems? Do you have insulin resistance? Are you able to exercise along with your nutrition plan?)

2) Your body composition. What is your Body Mass Index (BMI)? What is your muscle mass like? Do you have a lot of fat to lose? (For example: You will likely experience faster weight loss in the beginning, if you have a lot of excess weight.)

For example: Your adaptation period might take a little longer if your adult body has never ran on ketones before. To experience the true weight loss effects of keto, your body must actually RUN ON KETONES – this is dependant on the body’s ability to release and burn fatty acids for fuel. And a key factor to maintaining HEALTH while on a Keto plan is to still provide the body with essential nutrients and adequate hydration that it needs for overall health and wellbeing.
